Sled dragging sounds like fun... how is it good for your hips?

If you don't cheat my leaning forwards, it forces you to use a lot of drive through your hips. But that's just my guess, really it's good because OB said it was.

OB corrected by bar positioning, made a hell of a difference. I reckon I could have done 5*110. No pain at all (except for the good kind). It bodes well...

Repositioning the bar worked wonders. I'm ambitiously eyeing up 125-130 soon. On that note, I'm planning my own mini-meet next Thursday (24/4). 125/80/150??? Maybe more. We'll see :twisted:

Oh yeah, on the week starting 28/4 I'll be starting my westside style training. I would post the programme, but we're talking top secret Powerhouse strength systems stuff here, can't go giving it away!

It will go a little something like this:

Tues: ME Squat

Thurs: ME Bench

Sat: DE Squat

Sun: DE Bench

There will be a lot of good mornings, box squats, board benching and floor pressing. I'm looking forward to it, especially hitting the gym 4 days a week. I inevitably go a little stir crazy with the 2 day gap between Saturday and Tuesday.

A dark side of me inside is happy your bench isnt doing to well; your wiping the floor with your squats and deads, so the fact I can still beat *slightly* your bench is pleasing for me ^^

Ive stopped dieting now; just fucking around really.

But at least now I can carb up b4 training which is keeping the bench ok :)
