Oki doki, I'll start

Squat - max 135kg for 5 with wraps 2 sets

Leg Press - max 500kgs with wraps for 10 full presses not half arsed partials

Shoulder press 36kgs for 8 - 2 sets

Curls - I suck at these 14kg

Deadlift - 160kg for 4 with belt (just wanted to see how much I could lift)

Bodyweight 69kg Height 5.2 - shortarse. Hee

- Did I spew with leg presses - no - nearly got there but no bucket. Training for nearly 17 years this year. I also have my lovely brothers to thank for all the hard work - they train me like I'm a guy, aren't I lucky!!! :pfft:

And your lifts are pretty impressive too Virgo :shock: 120kg squats!! Slightly off-topic, but I was at the doctor's the other day looking through some magazines and saw an article about you in one of them.. Woman's weekly or summin like that headscratch.gif Great story & beaut pics!

Leg press: 240 ? I can't remember :oops:

Deads: 140

Curls: 14's

Shoulder press: 29's

I'm 70kgs, 5'8. I'm glad we don't have to put in bench, cos mine sucks.

Daaammmnnn, you girls are strong!! Ok, I'm embarrassed to put up my stats now but here we go....

Squats - 90kg (4 reps)

Leg Press - 220kg

Deads - 100kg (8 reps)

Curls - 12kg d/b's

D/B shoulder press - 17.5kg

I am also a shortarse, 5'3" (160cm) and weigh 54kg.

Squat = 2x5kg DB at the mo...lol - back to basics for this weak core.

deadlift...hmm nothing - as per squat reason - perhaps next year i'll get back into deadlifting

Leg Press - 130kg

Curl - dunno my 1RM - 10kg DB for 10reps

DB shoulder press 10kg for 6reps

weight, schmeight...

Mine are gettin there, but still miles to go before I'm where I wanna be.

Deadlift 85kg x 3

Squat 80kg x 10 (1RM prob around 90kg)

DB shoulder press 15.5kg x 8

Don't do leg press since I "popped" by back on it a few months back. Also don't do curls (generally) as I find after a good couple set of chins I don't need to work them seperately.

Oh, and I'm 5'6", about 60kg.

My best from this year are:

65kg bench or 32.5kg db press for 10 reps

100kg squat for 10 reps

100kg deadlifts for 8 - I suck at these

50kgs Mil Press for 10

15kg db curls for 10

500kgs leg press for 3 (back in 2001) don't really do leg press atm

Goals in next few weeks is to improve on these, not leg press though as I don't really do it but might start again, really like squats.

I wanna see you do 500kg leg presses all the way down and shoulder press 36kg dumbbells! You must be the strongest woman in New Zealand for your bodyweight?
