Ann Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 Oki doki, I'll startSquat - max 135kg for 5 with wraps 2 setsLeg Press - max 500kgs with wraps for 10 full presses not half arsed partialsShoulder press 36kgs for 8 - 2 setsCurls - I suck at these 14kgDeadlift - 160kg for 4 with belt (just wanted to see how much I could lift)Bodyweight 69kg Height 5.2 - shortarse. Hee- Did I spew with leg presses - no - nearly got there but no bucket. Training for nearly 17 years this year. Flamer Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 Mine are gettin there, but still miles to go before I'm where I wanna be.Deadlift 85kg x 3Squat 80kg x 10 (1RM prob around 90kg)DB shoulder press 15.5kg x 8Don't do leg press since I "popped" by back on it a few months back. Also don't do curls (generally) as I find after a good couple set of chins I don't need to work them seperately.Oh, and I'm 5'6", about 60kg.
