Growth Posted May 14, 2005 Report Share Posted May 14, 2005 I agree, most supplements out their offer little to no effect, and usually for these fringe products you pay a lot for nothing. For the amounts you pay on some of these supplements you might as well save it and put it towards some anabolics.Stick with your whey and creatine, they WILL be helping your workouts.
