my new years resolution is to drop to about 5% bf by june and still weight 85 kg. Just so i know i can still do it and i look good on the beach up here. What's yours and why?

I don't know about the 5% - that sounds too much like hard work to me! But yeah, I'd like to continue putting on muscle, while staying under 10% year-round.

Awesome Goal

I have only seen the main towns of the south island, but what I saw totally blew me away. The south is truly beautiful any time of year, and I highly recommend the south before Fiji.

Compared to Auckland its like a completely different country.
