mike-311 Posted January 3, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 Ive had a day and a half off and now its back to work tonight.I cant wait for the gym to open properly again.I have been real lax with my protein intake and have missed heaps over this past couple days, so Im hoping I havent lost too much mass.Hopefully my pay came thro last night so I can go get me some Desent shake.I hope Rebel sport still has there sale goingI'll have to boil up a shit load of eggs and buy some more tunaWhen I go to work I carry with me 2 jars protein shake mixed with 2 cups oatmeal each1 doz boiled egg whites2 tins tuna fishThis heats been a bit crap for trying to sleep during the day, but I know I would feel much better if I could just get in a good work out and start picking up my serotonin levels, I find it almost to easy to fall into depression when Im all work and no play.To the point where I almost cant be bothered even to work out.Its real hard to push throu that and knuckle down anyway, cos I know once I get out those first couple sets I'll start feel better again.How do you guys push thou slumps?
