Why do they only do the highly processed, refined stuff. I can't even find whole grain pasta in my local "health food" store and that is seriously lacking. All I have seen is the whole wheat spaghetti here, and that isnt very nice to cook. You can buy veggie pasta, but that is refined in comparison to the pasta I used to buy in the UK.
