Humans are social creatures and social interaction to thrive, which can make isolation challenging. melissajeffrey 0 Report post Posted January 26 When I was quarantine, It's really negative effect on my Physically and Mentally health, because I was COVID-19 positive, and it was necessary, and also still I feel weakness after a recovery for COVID-19, but now I am starting some exercise, and trying to take proper diet.
