Hey man, to be honest save you time and money they simply don’t work, you can do it all that with diet and hard training. Those 2 things will ensure your T levels will be as optimal as they can for your body. There’s no cookie cutter one size fits all number but to get your levels as optimal or upper end of normal diet is the one. Meat, sufficient sodium intake, getting the minerals for foods like veg fruit and eggs plus slamming the weights to illicit the bodies need to release hormones and then the biggest one enough sleep and rest. Money better spent on the food my friend just my 2cents hate to see you getting taken by a business 👍🏻

I'm going to go against the grain here,  😁

in my experience, Test Freak works to raise test levels after coming off cycle.

I've used it for over 1 year now and have a high drive.

As well as bloods done 3 or 4 times in that time.

Each to their own though,

So many peeps say they don't work ?

(would love to see how they come to that conclusion) 🤔

Best research is to do it.

It's gooòd to be natty    💯%

I've tried having 6 at once ,- and 3 morn, 3at night.  see directions for best results.

Tbh taking 6 in morning felt more than 2 doses of 3 felt 🤔

You might not get that much of a boost if you have healthy test levels?

You will get a boost though as long as you have a good brand.

I've tried a few different boosters and herbal ignite,

For me Best booster is Test Freak ♊

💪

As I expected. There'd be no positive affects on levels and thus physical improvements unless it was done on a massive scale by raising all your hormone levels and then we begin to stray into topics we can't discuss here.

Good to know we all know our stuff
