New to it all

Hi all


Recently moved to NZ and and am getting back in my routine at the gym again after "what feels like too long"

started out at 130kg +- (186cm or 6'1" in old speak :p) not looking or feeling that great and decided to sort that out with some good old fashioned dieting and training.

This brought me down to about 82kgs and I felt a like I wanted to add some muscle mass, started a simple course of Test E 500/week for 12 weeks and got some great gains, sadly this was when we moved and have in the last 4 month with all the stress and effort of moving lost all the gains and picked up some unwanted weight again, looking to sort that out now and get going again.


Anyway, any and all help is always welcome and look forward to learning and growing as much as possible.
