Joined the gym 2 months back but didn't even go once. Would prefer timings between 7 to 9 in the evening on weekdays and anytime on weekends. It's good that you're posting here - you never know who might see it - but to be honest, your best bet is probably to just start training anyway. You'll naturally get to know the people who train at the gym the same time you do, and they're the ones who are most likely to become workout partners for you. The best way to do it is just to ask someone if they can spot you for the final set of an exercise. Do that a couple of times, and they'll probably ask you to do the same.
