eTotal

Always been more capable of a lot of volume with working sets to decided to play around with 1rm calculator to get a eTotal. I realize these calculators aren't very accurate especially as the rep range exceeds 4-5 reps but thought it was worth the yarn.

Squat (sleeves) : 180x16 -> e1rm 309kg

Bench                   : 135x4 -> e1rm 147kg

Deadlift                : 200x7 -> e1rm 240kg

eTotal 696kg

In reality my squat is a lot lower 245kg, bench is slightly higher 150kg,  Deadlift is lower at a poverty 225kg. Giving a reality total of 620kg.

I'm claiming the 309kg squat in sleeves
