KevinB Posted October 11, 2016 Report Share Posted October 11, 2016 Hey Names Kevin :), im fairly new to working out, atm i go twice a week maybe 3 times! only go at night because of my job. Im looking for any advice diet wise is there any plans any one recommends that's really good to loose weight and keep my muscle. Stop with the less obvious junk (Don't drink your calories with juices, milk etc if you can avoid it, don't buy into shirt health food gimmicks, avoid buying food out and about, avoid snacking as these add up over the course of the day) 3. Replace with more nutrient dense whole food (Build your diet around meats, whole carb sources like rice, oats, pasta, add some healthy fats from Nuts, Avocados, Eggs, Olive Oil, and plenty of fibrous veges) Nothing extraordinary there but it's simple steps like that to start off that are relatively easy to implement that will get body changes rolling before you need to get too involved in specific changes for majority of beginners. gazza, KevinB, Monarchking and 2 others 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
