Sleeves used  150+. Last heavy squat was 200kg (sleeves/belt) on March 29. Nice to feel some heavier weight. Moved pretty good.

Machine abs/ham curl SS 2x20

 

30minuet session including warm up, had my lungs pumping, especially with a chest cold. Didn't push my top set, easy 5. Slowly increasing assistance/isolation.
