The thing is I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so need someone who wants to train at an easy pace/level. I am a woman (if that matters to you), 34, 166cm and 89kg, recently gained weight through medication after previously losing it and successfully maintaining. I tend to focus on Weights, 5x5.
