New rutine

I do gymnastics around 4 times a week. But I have to  create a gymnastics leotard  once a month at least. That's how intense my work outs can be. But I love keeping in shape, that's what i do as an ex professional sportsman. But maybe you guys know some rutine that I can stick to so my weight won't change that much?

Perhaps the issue isn't your routine, but rather your nutrition. If you're training hard (I don't really understand what you mean by create a gymnastics leotard) and consistently then it's generally a nutrition issue.

do you not wear a gymnastics leotard around the house?

but but.. i really wanted to believe there was a hot gymnast in our midst with a pair of boobies that grew bigger each month busting up her leotard :(     .... i can almost pre-feel the female population of forum decreasing after i hit enter  :P
