PETN
Are you losing weight currently? How much protein you getting? What's your training? How physical is your job? Imagine on 1400Cal it wouldn't necessarily be that easy to put on muscle.
beefneggs
Agreee- cals too low for growth . My partners pre contest and is 6 weeks out and shes on 1300. Off season she was on about 1800. Maybe play round with the carb intake pre and post ?
FitMum-pap
Thank you, No I'm not losing any weight, built muscle in my arms but am a definite pear so the legs and stomach are a struggle. its working out the macros and exactly how many calories to eat which is the struggle. PETN
Well it might be that you are building muscle there but it isn't noticeable yet because of the fat covering it. All you can really do is get perhaps try get leaner overall to lose the fat and definitely keep hitting those areas hard so that the muscles get bigger. More cushion for the pushin' is good to a certain extent anyway.
