was pretty tired haven't slept much last 2 nights. Deads felt hard as but looked pretty quick on vid. Got next 3 days off work so I'll rest up, do a bit of bench and hit next week fresh and ready to make some gainz. Diet has been pretty good last few days but weight was 106.5 tonight. Guess I'm starting to fill out a wee bit

where my pec ties into shoulder flared up again tonight. Felt like pec was gonna tear on 6th set so flagged last one. First week on tren done. Had missus ask me if I'm back on gear today so I guess it's starting to do its thing.  Haven't felt any stronger yet. Struggling with pinning ed. had to do both shoulders twice. Done one quad and one glute they were both red and painful for 5 days I can still feel them both now. Hopefully those sites won't be as bad 2nd time around. Shoulders are fine don't feel a thing. Moral of the story rotate your sites so you don't have to do lots of new ones when you use short esters.

Some of the hardest squats I've done, first week in wraps. I reckon it would've been easier in sleeves. Left my knees red raw but got through them eventually. Went to bench and could feel pec with just the bar. Think I've put a little tear in it or very close to it . Don't think I'll be benching for awhile. Oh well could be worse. Bw 107

Thought I'd smash some ohp while I can't bench. Then hit some extra hypertrophy stuff  just cos felt like training. Bw 106.6
