soundsgood
A recipe I've been using for years I call it the Coconut Berry Oatien One banana Half Cup of Boysenberries Cup of Oats 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes 1 x tablespoon Honey 1 x tablespoon Peanut Butter 2 scoops Whey (preferably vanilla or Berry) Blend till chunky but not till a full cream You can eat at room temp or put in fridge and eat chilled. Tastes amazing

To be honest, mostly that's exactly what I mix protein powder with. I find that if you get a nice vanilla protein, you can add all sorts of other flavours. And then whether you add oats or cottage cheese as well just depends on what you need in that meal. So I might add: - Berries - Fruit - Peanut butter (with sliced banana is very good) - Shredded coconut - Cinnamin and raisins - Chocolate block chopped into bits - Cocoa - Coffee A bowl of oats, protein powder, raisins, and a heaped teaspoon of coffee is suprisingly delicious. Particularly for preworkout. For dessert tonight, I've just had a couple of scoops of vanilla protein powder, mixed with just enough water to make a runny paste, and the pulp of a few passionfruit. Amazing.
maccaz
oh yeah coffee. my standard morning shake is choc whey oats (need to be really fine) heaped tsp instant coffee milk/water whatever ratio tastes best/meets calorie needs because i cant stomach both a shake and a coffee, but physically need a shake and emotionally need coffee lol
