Glute/ hamstring tie in strain

I seemed to have strained my left glute/hamme tie in. 5 weeks out not ideal. I can still squat ok. Just have to decend slower than normal. I can feel it most as I transition out of the hole right at my sticking point. I guess th as where I go from glutes to h ammies. Been squatting in flats, it feels way better when I did fronts in oly shoes the other day. Anyone had this before?
