Sorry man I don't take supplements like this so no idea. Maybe some pure l-citrulline mixed with monohydrate. Won't have the fancy labeling or flavoring but I would think it would be more effective and cheaper. Both proven ingredients to do something. Whether thats significant enough to be noticeable though is another argument. Those pump/pre-work/intra-workout/post workout/fat burning products are rubbish. Full of crap (flavorings/dyes/colours/sweetners etc) along with other fillers. Definitely $25 that I would rather keep in my pocket thats for sure
Pseudonym
I tend not to use pre-workouts either, but at $25 for 36 serves, you can't go wrong! And looking at the ingredients in this, it seems to have less weird shit than many pre-workouts do. All its stimulant ingredients seem relatively ordinary (which is a good thing). But does the label reflect its contents
Skeletor
Just bought some of this the other day. Don't normally ever use pre workouts as they stuff up both my sleeping and appetite but been doing heaps of callouts and tired come workout time. Wasn't to bad. Definitely more noticeable than coffee but wasn't amazing.
