maccaz Posted February 19, 2017 Author Report Share Posted February 19, 2017 w8d4 bench press 60 x 8 80 x 5 90 x 5 100 3x6 60 x 40 (wasnt planned just mate tried an amrap so i did that, it was hard banged out first 25 or so then had to pause last few to catch my breath) wide grip pulldown 63kg 5x15 OHP 40 x 5 60 x 6 70 x 6 75 x 6 pb 60 2x6 biceps/triceps usual superset beastbuilder method aimed for 500 reps total. got it in the end. pump was hectic. this week coming is a deload with 5x5 @ 70% on the big 3, after that it gets pretty tough pretty quick week to week. cant wait. feeling strong and healthy.
