trained in a different gym. Meant to bench 100 4x6, mistakenly used 25kg plates and was thinking shit this is the hardest 100kg has ever felt lol but happy I got a lot done without realising it was so heavy

focus on keeping tight and stable, went good. not hard.

biceps/triceps/side delts, a lot of volume, smashed them.

 

body weight 107.0 in the gym in clothes and shoes. on track to lift in u100 on 30 april with a water cut.

biceps/triceps usual superset beastbuilder method aimed for 500 reps total. got it in the end. pump was hectic.

 

 

this week coming is a deload with 5x5 @ 70% on the big 3, after that it gets pretty tough pretty quick week to week. cant wait. feeling strong and healthy.

got flat tyre on way to gym and the spare that came with the car was wrong size (thx car dealer from 3 years ago as i havent needed to use it yet) so had to f*ck around for ages waiting for mobile tyre repair people and was 10/10 angry by the time i got to gym lol

Nah its juat easy way to measure work done when I'm not doing a set number of sets and reps just do sets of 10-20 at 9-10rpe each set and count total reps
