Probably never will get a chance to bro. Like if I have a conversation with a girl that may be an achievement

also what about that girl that said happy birthday to you on facebook. i told her im your boss (basically am) and asked what she thinks of you and she said ur allgood so clearly you've spoken to her so don't exagerate. from memory she looked alright if 18yr olds are your field of expertise too.

I would have annihilated that at 13 and been hungy as a skinny kid.
Apart from the gym are you quite active through the day?

Im not a skinny kid im a moderatley muscular fat kid.

Nah mostly gaming these days but I will find something useful to do in the coming weeks no doubt.

  • 2 weeks later...

Well when I first started lifting, I was so passionate about lifting that my diet was actually very good for a period of time, most of you would be impressed. It was during this time that I made the most gains and increased weight from 59kg to 88kg over a period of a year and a bit. Over these same months last -  last year, my diet would be like this:

Breakfast:

4 egg omlette

4 toast

handful of spinach

2 x whey 400ml milk (or 3/4 serve mutant mass)

1 liter water

energy drink

- gym-

Kfc double down or large carls jr burger

Lunch:

200g pasta or large bowl rice with 200g fried chicken

Afternoon snack:

Frozen pizza (whole) or 2 packet noodles

Dinner: whatever mum made

Dessert: Whey and berry sluge

This was a very long time ago mind you.

The issue here is motivation, not lack of nutritional knowledge. During this time, I would literally work out, and 2 weeks later see changes in my muscle tone etc (noob gains). I wanted to be like zyzz lol.
