soundsgood Posted November 7, 2015 Report Share Posted November 7, 2015 Found a cool website that rates your main lift against each with a bar graph indicating relative strength It also gives you an indication of where your lifts rate on an international scale with body weight consideration It also has a 1RM calculator based on how many reps of an exercise you can perform. Personally I find these extremely inaccurate to the point of not bothering with. BeastBuilder Posted November 7, 2015 Report Share Posted November 7, 2015 Interesting results.Told me my Squat is comparatively better than my Deadlift and that my Bench is the worst of my big three.I would disagree and say that Squat is my weakness but I think this calculator is assuming you don't use wraps ?
