Random work boredom = progress pics

Hai! Bored at work so heres some life progress pics~ first one is back - difference in the pics is about just over 1 year of power lifting. Dead lifts, they do the body good.

This one is a diet I did for a holiday in Tahiti - this is about 8 weeks of dieting - 119kg on the left down to about 104 or so on the right. Did 45 mins a day cardio, least I've ever had to do, stoked haha!

This one is just life in general gainz 2011 when I sorta went from cardio bunny and picked up weights properly til end of the diet pics I posted up above - well 2 weeks from actual holiday, did my usual "im lean now so might as well slack off"

Haha thats what a long period of bad technique on bench will get ya - bigger delts just hoping the chest catches up one day! Thanks :D

Im in short term bulk for another 3-4 weeks now then have a comp december 6 and wanna try a dreamer water deplete following leeroids mega guide to try hit a 99kg weigh in, right now bout 108-110 on the daily

Definitely doable bro.

At Nationals I went from 109 first thing Monday morning, to 99.6 at weigh in, back up to 111.7 on comp day lol.

It sucks but if your body can handle it you'll be sweet.

Very individual but it's all an experiment after all anyway.

Beast yeah bro I won't know til I try it! Have never done a water deplete but since its just a push pull no massive issue if i don't make i reckon if i drop back down to 106ish before I do it should be easier since I just weighed in about 20 mins ago at a naked 112, ewps! I really wanted to give 320 a nudge at 99 or less weigh in day though - that's the current world record in submasters so would be real nice to guage that
