Will put light wraps on for these. A few reps in didn't even feel my knee. Got 21 or 22 reps can't remember currently in meet LOL so can't count them at the moment. Just remember just being off reddogs effort. Might have another go later in the week. Video last asf just skip 3/4's of the way through. Done in two segments as video was to long.
