The goal is to squat the most reps, with a weight that's relative to your bodyweight. We reckon 1.5x bodyweight would be good for the guys. But we're not so sure about the ladies. moveloveeat Posted September 21, 2015 Report Share Posted September 21, 2015 I sometimes test my max squats in a 5min period at a little over bodyweight at the end of a squatting session just to get some reps in. Bodyweight would be pretty comfortable for reps, 1.5 would be do-able personally but would prob max at like 10 reps so not too high.
