Dogballs
What an awesome way to kill that sweet tooth and still keep your diet in check, 4g carb/3g sugar/45g protein.
BeastBuilder
What an awesome way to kill that sweet tooth and still keep your diet in check, 4g carb/3g sugar/45g protein. Not guna lie, I usually think protein bars are a waste of time and most are just as bad a chocolate bar calorie and carb wise, but I do rate these. The Chocolate or Cookies and Cream ones actually taste good, Caramel Rough suck dick imo lol.Handy as on low carb days or to get rid of that mid week sweet tooth like you say.I sometimes have them in place of a shake if I'm feeling hungry so it makes me feel like I've eaten something instead of just a shake, dem mental games ! Pseudonym
I generally get about two thirds through okay, but then find the last bit just gets sickly sweet. Definitely good macros though.
Dogballs
I generaly chop them in half as one full bar can be a bit much, but definitly stops me from buying crap in the sweetie section.
FellowshipOfTheRon
never liked those hplc bars, they were way too sweet for me, but ok i definitely dont have that sweet tooth or sugar cravings lol. only protein bars i liked was ballance high protein bars. quest bars were ok too high in fibre and stuff
Tonkintechnique
They seem ok but i would almost gurantee your not getting 45g of protein from them cause i just had a look at the ingredients. Â They seem to be counting glycine and arginine and creatine as whole macro protein.
