I have been powerlifting for about 3 months now and have joined up for inspiration and tips on techniques. A little about myself 31 years old98.8kg at the momentno real injuries apart from a bad rotator cuff in my left shoulder which i have slowly strengthened with ohp (sometimes affects my bench when its fatigued) my lifts at the moment squat 140kgbench 107.5kgdeadlift 220kg Just finished my first candito strength training and into my first week of the second cycle. Thanks. What do you mean start a log? I joined my gym in march of last year and was doing basic bodybuilding stuff. I really joined to fix my shoulder. Which worked out great.
