3x3

Its been a long time, Ive just started a new program, As Im considering entering my first powerlifting comp.
Basically 3x3, 3x12, squat, bench and deadlift.
Mon, Weds and fri.

 

I usually train 5-6 days a week, so getting something in between those days is a struggle...also I don't know if its mind or matter, but I feel rather fatigued on tues and thurs.
I need some help. Should I rest? can I train? If I can - What would you recommend?

If you have any hints or, tips, Please do share.
