Viking-strongman Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Its been a long time, Ive just started a new program, As Im considering entering my first powerlifting comp.Basically 3x3, 3x12, squat, bench and deadlift.Mon, Weds and fri. I usually train 5-6 days a week, so getting something in between those days is a struggle...also I don't know if its mind or matter, but I feel rather fatigued on tues and thurs.I need some help.
