Azza289
Hi,I've been training for about 3 months. Now I've got tennis elbow. Doctor said to stop all upper body for 6 weeks. I've read a few posts on here and 6 weeks seems a bit too much. Going to physio next week to see what exercises I can and can't do. I think it was upright rows that caused it. I'm over 40 and was also looking at the possibility of using Test for training and wellbeing. Cheers
Pseudonym
Hi Azza.Tennis elbow is one of those tricky ones, I think. If you try to train through it, or don't wait long enough to recover properly, it'll just come straight back. That's probably why you were told 6 weeks. Although I agree that does seem like a long time.Have a look in the Injuries section... There have been a few topics on this, and probably some rehab exercises you can do to speed up the process. Azza289
I've had 10 days off. Going back tonight to do legs and some rehab exercises I picked up on this site. Pseudonym
