GyzzBrah
Apart from rebeles intake I kinda feel relieved that im not doing awful. Another question: If I increase protein while decreasing carbs (same cals per gram) and decrease a bit of fat while keeping cals around maintanance, say, will I grow bigger while loosing weight. Will excess protein (still around 200g for me) actually contribute to net fat gain more than carbs and fat, since it serves a completley different purpose from the other 2. You're talking about a recomposition, rather than a full on bulk or cut? Obviously the bigger you are, the harder the gains come. Eventually you'll need the extra carbs to keep putting on size. But at your stage of training, I would say the above is still quite doable. And yes, excess protein will still contribute to increased body fat IF it puts you into overall caloric excess. Arguably less than excess carbs would, but that's debatable.
Leeroid
I haven't counted for a while but I can easily eat 400g of protein on a day I eat a lot of meat. Most days I'll be getting at least 200g and average 300g I suppose. 200g of protein is the minimum I would be comfortable with for my current bodyweight.
