Cup of oats soaked overnight in a protein shake, with pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, dried cranberrys, desiccated coconut and black forest yogurt mixed through. Tastes ridiculously good and covers every macro/micro you could want. I add a banana on days I want more carbs.

Is this kinda like Bircher muesli?

Sounds bloody great

Never actually heard of Bircher muesli before, but yeah it sounds like it is.

I just started doing the overnight soak as a quicker and easier option in the morning, but oats don't really last me until lunch. So I started adding nuts and seeds for some fats to keep me going longer, and the dried cranberries came in because I can pop them like candy, having them in my breakfast stops me nailing a whole bag.

Phedder is currently the champion of breakfast, and this is coming from someone who prefers savory type of food over sweet

Haha thanks mate, ironic considering I did IF for over 2 years. It's the protein powder that makes it sweet, I mostly use Vanilla but when I've just used plain it's not that sweet at all, dried cranberrys are quite tart. Give it a go I'm sure you'd like it.

Oats and whey

Rice

Water

2.5 egg on toast

Weetbix x 2 with whey

tuna

chicken and rice

whey

can you post volumes of each of these foods?

2.5 egg on toast not much use if u have 33 pieces toast

also oats implies more than one oat, but could just be 2 single oats and 60 cups of whey,

is tuna a whole tuna bones and everything?

i assume chicken and rice is one whole chicken, did you kill it first? or just bury it in a bucket of rice then eat it?

volume is important m8
