Phedder Posted April 18, 2015 Report Share Posted April 18, 2015 Cup of oats soaked overnight in a protein shake, with pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, dried cranberrys, desiccated coconut and black forest yogurt mixed through. I just started doing the overnight soak as a quicker and easier option in the morning, but oats don't really last me until lunch. So I started adding nuts and seeds for some fats to keep me going longer, and the dried cranberries came in because I can pop them like candy, having them in my breakfast stops me nailing a whole bag. Phedder is currently the champion of breakfast, and this is coming from someone who prefers savory type of food over sweetHaha thanks mate, ironic considering I did IF for over 2 years. It's the protein powder that makes it sweet, I mostly use Vanilla but when I've just used plain it's not that sweet at all, dried cranberrys are quite tart. Give it a go I'm sure you'd like it.
