Just getting back into it after a long layoff.

 Recently had the flu for 2 months, went to Las Vegas for a week then come back home and BOOM!!

 

Leg Extensions. 15 x 5 sets

Deadlift: 5x5

Bicep Curls 15x 5 sets

10min Bike

5min Treadmill.

 

Walking around gym aimlessly with no plan or anything.

Will change that soon.
