Bruce Al
A steak and broccoli is one of the best meals ever. So i think the best way to make broccoli taste better is to add a great tasting steak.

Cameron_R
Roasted broccoli? What madness is this?!Just try it. Trust me Trick it the hot oven. Get the broccoli to caramelise a bit and make sure you use plenty of salt/oil.

Polo
If you want to try something different then you can always coat them in garlic butter and roast them or do what I do and make a egg frittata with kumie, broc. Tasty as hell and easy to make/prepare for lunches.. Here's a link to an average recipeI just double the mix http://www.google.com.au/url?q=http://www.healthyfoodguide.com.au/recipes/2008/july/ham-broccoli-and-sweet-potato-frittata&sa=U&ei=CwfoVM_MBYO78gWKi4KoAw&ved=0CAsQFjAA&usg=AFQjCNHKBiYinZ6V7Oo0WICZ6mGNvbq8oA

Pseudonym
Hahaha! That vegan propaganda is hilarious! (Just to be sure, you DO see the gaping hole in their argument, don't you Fubu?) Cameron_R
maccaz
Hahaha! That vegan propaganda is hilarious! (Just to be sure, you DO see the gaping hole in their argument, don't you Fubu?)I recently battled a vegan over this image on fb and won (and its hard to win argument with vegans)100 cal of brocc is a lot more volume of food than 100 cal of steak Try eat your daily protein requirement in broccoli. 2000 cal of broccoli for example would be impossible to eat i reckon FUBU

GyzzBrah
Yeah obvious bullshit but most vegans stupid imo. Wouldn't hurt to balance your protein intake with vege sources too, is nice on the wallet. People adopt veganism for the same reason people join religions, so they can feel warm and lofty because they live their life by staunch ideals that have no meaning in the real world. A vegan diet should be all about minimising harm to the environment and animals. That's why its ok to have whey for example, as your desision not to consume it means it will just be dumped in rivers or used as cattle feed because it's a waste product of cheese. Whereas cutting excessive meat intake for most people will have a sizeable impact. Steak is nice.
