Had a good session this morning and was feeling the cold while I was doing my cardio since the gym was cold. Had a hot drink  non caffeine with my post training meal to help keep me warm before having a shower . Not long until next Friday when I get waxed for the second time this year. When I was having afternoon tea today one of my co workers they suggested to me that I go and see one of the trainers at sky fitness . Was thinking no given that I am doing very well with out the use of trainer plus rather have more money for food. Felt very fired up by watching some of the Olympia during the weekend and manged to get most of the winners right who I picked to win the diffrent classes at the Olympia . Watched some of the mr Olympia on YouTube this morning before going out the door. Was surprised to see phil heath and kai Greene fighting on stage. A member was Youtelling me about the cafe at Cadbury world where you get free chocolate when you buy a drink from there .
