Tadalafil, generic for Cialis, is used successfully by millions of men worldwide for the  treatment of erectile disfunction.  By design then drug increases blood flow to the penis resulting in full erections when sexually aroused. Interesting. I've seen rumours that as a vasodilator, it can also give you a mean pump during a workout too. Don't know whether there's any truth to that or not.

But I wonder about taking this on a daily basis, unless you really need to. Would it require increasingly large doses over time to achieve the same effect? Do you become reliant on it?

Readng around i found refferences to a small study that seemd to show that about 11 months was the point where efficacy diminished.

i would assume based on other chemicles used in the past that sensativity returns after aperiod of non use - so if i was only using while on cycle i dont think i would see any of the long term problems.  however as a 40+ man, the old boners are not as good as they once were, i might find that the rock hard monoliths are difficult to forego.

in any case i have some of this on hand and might have a go - will let you know
