went to the casino and dropped $200 and lost the whole lot haha as i was walking out decided to drop $20 in the pokies, end up almost $1500 up at the end of the night.  feelsgoodman , more money for proteins and hormonas.

 

lol good shit. keep us updated as im sure you will be back there. what did you play aside from the pokies btw?

 

like to play a bit of carribean stud poker and roulette , wanted to try black jack but tables are always full - funny thing is i won most my money off pokies - stuck $20 in this one machine , and played $10 a push , and boom first spin $450 in the bank lol the lady beside that had looked like she had been there for hours looked pissed as f*ck!

carribean stud is like one of or the worst game in terms of the casinos edge. blackjack is ok if you know what to do in every situation (but even then casino still has advantage) but if you dont youre just chucking your $$$ away. personally i like poker (omaha and holdem) but anything is good though if you win money. plus poker is antisocial as f*ck if you go with betas who think paying $100-$300 to buy in is the end of the world

starting to feel weaker? no 60's

 

60s were there, chest just felt blown out by the huge drop set beforehand - and i rarely do flatpress DB it felt awkward as f*ck, i like the feeling in my chest though better than BB, pecs were a lot more isolated.

11 weeks out - change of hormones...

525 tren ace

200 test prop

200 TNE

350 mast prop

350 anavar

 

got 4 weeks worth of anavar , i will run this @ 50mg ED until 7 weeks out where i will change for winstrol, will report back with thoughts and experiences over the next few sessions.

Looking at doing my first cycle here myself - got any tips?

my advice...

1) make sure you eating enough for growth, but dont over do it you will just get fat.

2) have ancillaries on hand incase things turn to shit.

3) consider the pros and cons of what you are about to do - once you get a taste its hard going natty again lol

morning weigh in 123.3kg (last week 125.6kg)

weight tends to fluctuate a bit depending on water and sodium intake, but since saturday ive dropped another kg, adjust diet a tiny bit... only having carbs 2 out of my 7 meals except on leg and back day il have an extra carb meal - replaced the carbs with extra fats from cashews.

mood is good at this point - feeling a bit groggy in the head most days, but im sleeping a hell of a lot better - started taking liver aid twice a day for the health benefits, this alongsde my multi vitamin, fish oils and BCAAs (intra workout) keeps me feeling good.

anavar is great, im taking the whole 50mg 2 hours pre workout, getting some incredible pumps.  As i lean out more and more, vascularity, striations and lines are becoming more noticable everyday.

trained quads lastnight and delts and biceps tonight - strength is good.  managed to get out 17 then 15 reps on smith squat 4pps, and shoulder pressing 3pps on the smith for reps, so im happy in that department.  in the coming weeks il will be adding in more drop, super and giant sets into my routine to burn a bit more energy and realy try and bring out my quads, hams and delts a bit more.

rest day 2mrw, back into it friday :)

right updates for the week.. 11 weeks out

been having more mood swings than a pregnant woman this week lol i know its the sort of mental mind fxcks i get from tren, so i have to keep reminding myslef to take a breather every now and again.  weight this morning (122.8kg) so the weight lost is slowing up, still no change in diet.  if anything ive added in more veges like onions and tomatoes and having some low calorie mustard to help get down the copious amount of eggs and chicken.  physique is tightening up nicely, i can tell my waist is coming in every week.  im starting to feel hungry a lot of the time now and that probably contributes to my bad mood.  had a shit day yesterday and contemplated getting some mc donalds and literally sat in my car for 30min at maccaz and thought na fxck this.  instead i went and got my trusty tuna and cashews :'(  lol  

Gyno issues..

thought i would add this in here.  during the last week my right nipple felt a it sensitive.  in the past, i delveloped a small gyno lump which hasnt flared up until now.  at the moment its nothing serious, however if it continues to get worse i have letrozole on hand and will follow protocol to assist reducing the gyno.  because of m low testosterone dosage it leads me to think it either progestorone or prolactin induced gyno.  Anyway the first steps i will take is to control my estrogen a bit more so i will use aromasin 12.5mg eod alongside nolva 10mg ED and will report back on this.  you might be able to spot the small lump, on my non- tattooed side.

think i can see it but only because you mentioned it. looks pretty insignificant. pea sized or slightly larger?

about pea sized, can see it in pics where hands are clasped.  hopefully my anit e's keep it at bay.

That's normal bro to have mod swings when cutting had a few mod swings when I was cutting for the Pan Pacific show and leaving the gym feeling pissed off for no reason

Had my first cheat meal on tuesday night - it wasnt approved by my coach, but i was feeling that crappy and shitty i flet i needed it, even with the gear that im on my strength feels like its being affected. the lead up - 7 weeks of 140-170g carbs at my size and with all the activity and daily cardio i do.  went out to lonestar and got 5 ribs, 350g steak , potatoes, coleslaw and dessert got a couple pieces of cake - damn it was good.  instantly my body was a furnace - unsure if its effects from the t3 or tren - but i was literally sweating at the table and got very vascular - veins protruding everywhere- sort of exciting lol

as expectd there was a gain in weight - the morning after my cheat meal i weighed 125.8kgs , weighed again this morning and down to 124.8kg - so hopefully water will keep droppin off and just get back on track.  woke up the morning after the cheat meal - looked a bit smoother but muscles had filled out and got to see some decent seperation in my legs.

lat pulldown (underhand grip)- 4 sets, 10 -15 reps

BB row - 4 sets, 10-15 reps

lat pulldown (widegrip) - 3 sets, 10-12 reps

low row - 3 sets, 12 reps

seated row - 3 sets, 10-15 reps

cable pulldowns - 5 sets, 15-20 reps

assisted chins - 3 sets, 10-15 reps

deadlifts - 2 sets, 20 reps

Normal chins about 8-10 decent

 

assisted chins- go till failure. -sometimes 8, other times 12-15, more focused on stretch and contraction rather than reps.

Hi Rapz your starting to see it all come togther, and it is looking good.

I know what you mean when you are on that boarder line that no matter what all is an effort and nothing relieves that knawing pressure of low energy. That boarder line is really hard to control. I know I've been there.

Just watch out the knowledge of how good the relief that a good feed can bring is very attractive and is often what tips you over the edge.

Anyway youre looking good keep it up.

in fact after the cheat meal - i feel a bit refreshed and more concentrated and motivated to do well.  it was getting to the point, i was letting it effect relationships with people which i dont want and imo is not worth it.  i realise a bit of suffering is involved with prep - but for me there is a fine line between compromising friendships and relationships with loved ones vs a bodybuilding competition, some have mastered it and are able to easily balance everything - where im more of a "all in, or all out" sort of guy.  i dont aspire to make money or become a pro in bodybuilding, it just an expensive hobby i love doing and will always do.

now to keep my head screwed on and get through this prep :D
