morning weight- 125.4kgs (last week 126.1kgs)

just under a kg dropped in the last week which im pleased with. had a terrible sleep last night probably less than 5 hours, i think its a bit of trensomnia hitting me - hopefully that will pass by.  still feel flat as fxck, get no real pumps in the gym and throughout the day i have spouts of brain fog.  i think once i have a bit of a refeed i will fill out nicely and be able to see better lines in my muscles.  took a photo first thing out of bed this morning before cardio to get an idea of morning condition.

start of my 5th week, slept heaps better lastnight and had a really good training session considering i slept like shit the night before.  i forgot to add in that i have been taking nolvadex @ 10mg a day for the last week or so, i feel it assists with some of the bloat while keeping me a bit dryer alongside the masteron. im prety e2 sensitive and even low doses of testosterone my nips get sensitive, not running any AIs at the moment but have aromasin and letro on hand if things take a turn.  Got a check in with my coach today so be good to know if im on track or not, training again tonight 5th day straight as i want to take valentines day of for the missus, need ideas what to do?? lol (SRS) *unknw*

Ill bring her home at a respectible time and will try to keep costs down for you. I'll also tone down my sexyness to minimise the risk of her wanting a fat slice of mundo-pie. sound good? thanks for the offer Mundo boy, however my  middy doesnt like guys on steroids nor would she feel comfortable going out on a pretend date with a homosexual gear head like yourself.  who knows what could happen? you could fart and a needle might pop out your poo hole or something drastic along those lines....

progress pics, beginning of 13 weeks out - sorry different setting again, went to a different gym last night so just came home and took em - i really have to work on sitting on my hammies more in poses and pushing them out.  trained delts last night, just felt like i went through the motions, wasnt the best of trainings. coach is pleased with progess no changes this week.

update...

dont often come online in the weekend, if i do its from my phone and its a pain trying to type out replies.  anyway thought i would talk a bit more about some of my hormone experiences this last couple of weeks.

 

Post injection pain

Now these past few weeks - adding in the masteron, increased doses of EQ, coupled with test prop and tren ace - ive experinced some PIP that i never have before.  i pinned lats for the first time the last couple of days to assist with a bit of site growth - now im currently crippled and can  barely raise my arms above my head lol - maybe not a good idea to pin mulitple short esters in virgin muscles :'(  will add be adding calfs and traps and lats to my rotation sites to reduce the risk of scar tissue build up.

 

 

Tren Ace

this is by far my favorite compound to date, in 6 days i have been running this compound i have seen subtle changes daily - vascularity is more pronounced, skin is tightening up and i feel more full compared to just a week ago.  now some of these attributes could be the cause of masteron or the EQ still in my system.  However i know these changes are different and are from the tren. In terms of side effects the trensomnia is definately there - sometimes waking up multiple times a night and not really getting any "deep" sleep.  During physical activity i sweat like crazy! - actually i feel like a walkimg furnace at the moment always hot, have to sleep with a fan on - no night sweats yet.  lastly got my first experience of tren cough today, it wasnt a huge episode like ive known others to have - but after i pinned my bicep my thrat started to tighten up - i knew what it was straight away - shortly followed was a few coughs for about 60 seconds.  it was almost refreshing in a way - knowing that you have legit trenbolone :)

 

Masteron prop

now my first time using this hormone - other than reading others experinces from internet i wasnt totally sure what i was going to get.  now a lot of people swear by only using masteron when you are at low bodyfat levels , basically for its hardening effects.  my experience thus far is i really love the compound.  it has definately help control my e2 levels even at a low dose - no sensitive nips and no outrageous bloating.  i also get a "feel good" factor everyday running masteron - its a bit hard to explain but i really noticed it since starting this compound.  another positive is that it seems to be keeping everything nice and tight - now im not bone dry or anything but my mid section and waist are really tightening up nicely.  the only side effects so far is i notice my prostate a bit more when urinating - now there is no discomfort or pain but a different feeling is present.  other than that - a bit of oily skin which can be controlled - otherwise im in lobe with masteron and will most likely include in future cycles for the added benefits as above.

 

Testosterone Base (TNE)

now i thought i would include this because i felt it had merit. i was lucky enough to obtain some test base in oil yesterday - to cut a long story short - many use this and test suspension as a "pre workout" boost as it has a very short half life 2- 3hrs from memory.  Anyway it was dosed at 100mg/ml so i pinned  100mg into right quad 90min before hitting legs yesterday.  suprisingly no pip what so ever.  what i got was increased focuse and aggression in the gym - my mood literally went from flat and tired to a more focused and energized self ready to kill some iron.  now what i did notice about 60min post workout i looked down at my gut and i was bloated as hell - sure i just had my post workout shake but it was unrealy - literally looked like i was holding a shit ton of water.  for pre cautions i took 12.5mg aromasin alongside 10mg nolva and by this morning i was back looking tighter than ever.  I didnt plan to include TNE in my regime but im liking the idea of including of back and leg days, in saying this i had the worst trensomnia last night - now this could be the realted to the fact or the aromataze and increased e2 levels from the TNE but im not 100% sure yet, more reading to do.

 

Equipoise (boldenone)

now even though i have dropped this compound as of this week i do feel it had some benefits.  i reallt noticed an increase in endurance in my cardio vascular system - which in turn was only positive on my resistance training as i was able to do more with quicker recoveries.  i did get a bit more vascualr from EQ but never really gave it enough time to see its true potential - again didnt really experince and strength gains probably dure to lack of time on.  lastly the effect it had on libido was enough to have me drop it - even with the masteorn and test dose in there my desire for sex is virtually zero - since dropping it, it has improved but i will have to give it another week or 2 for things to cum right - pun intended :D

 

Clenbuterol

no complaints on this end, does what it does - sides are manageable for me as i dont run high doses.  sometimes i get the odd headache but as long as im drinking plenty of water the only other side i get is increased teperature and the infamous shakes - no cramps or discomfort.  i did forget to log in my journel that i have taken a week off clen since last week and will be resuming tommorrow.

interesting read, i reckon ill get some masteron soon

yes bro i would reccomend it if your not sensitive to DHT derivatives.  i plan to keep it most of my future cycles just for the fact it helps control e2 and the feel good factor i get.

basically no change in weight this week - visually im leaner and thats all the matters to me.

 

A good day yesterday - had a decent sleep - a training was intense and full on. I LOVE TNE!!!!!!! *air_kiss*

 

a few hours before my workout was feeling a bit tired - so pinned 100mg of TNE 2 hrs pre workout.  work quads & calfs yesterday and the energy and focus were insane - legs blew up like balloons and huge pumps.  only down side of TNE is about 4-5hrs after injection you start to turn into a bit of a water buffalo "the come down"  i supplement 12.5mg aromasin on days i have TNE alongside the 10mg nolva.  I also dont pin test prop the days i use TNE (back and leg days).

went in and hit some delts and traps last night - again a very intense, quick workout - moved quickly between sets and exercises - went to a different gym and DBs only went upto 50s so had to make do with what was available, in and out of the gym in just under an hour.  last 2 nights have slept like a baby - had some mild night sweats from tren but nothing too hard out, can also tell breathing has got slightly heavier.  got an appointment with coach today so will report back later.

thanks guys! not long to go now, 12 weeks out :)

a good week of trenning bros! lol sleep has been a heap better which in turn makes a difference to  daily performance imo  weighed in again on saturday morning and down to 124.2 kgs , so a good kg lost in a week, no changes to diet or cardio yet, coach is happy with how things are going and im on track.  to make things easier just got a treadmill at home so i can get up and do cardio on the deck instead of driving to gym.  a non gym related bonus, went to the casino and dropped $200 and lost the whole lot haha as i was walking out decided to drop $20 in the pokies, end up almost $1500 up at the end of the night.  feelsgoodman , more money for proteins and hormonas.

 

12 weeks out pics

starting to see some good changes every week now, abdominals are starting to come out and vascularty is becoming more pronounced, especially around forearms and legs, skin is getting thinner. any guesses on bodyfat? im thinking between 10-12% with lots of water.
