morning weight- 127.2kgs (last week 130.6kgs)

dropped another 2kgs in the last week, slept a bit better last night stopped taking pre workout and just went back to caffeine tablets, felt heaps better.  Ran out of HMB so will have to get some more this week, chest session lastnight and did a bit of biceps as well.  physique is feeling a lot flatter and im begining to fatigue quite early in my workouts.  On the flip side cosmetically im starting to get more vascular in my arms and quads, still getting mad shakes from clen coming up 2 weeks.  day off lifting today.

Yea man defo good stuff, its liquid clen as well, in the past i have had tablets, some liquid orals get a bad wrap but im lucky to have some good stuff :)

checked in with coach yesterday and hes happy with progress at the moment.  sleep has been lots better.  training felt great yesterday was full of energy, bit of a shorter session yesterday.  was my misus bday so i had to go watch everyone scoff chinese food while i drank my pwo shake :'(  on a positive i got some free stringers from Fitwear, stoked as!! :D

Definitely got a good rear lat spread looks thick, seems odd that your back doesn't appear as thick in the rear double bicep. Might just be the fat cover the separation though, legs are hugh normous! :-O

i think its a combo of fat , muscle delvelopment and posing that makes my rear double bi look horrible, anyway its photo night tonight so getting some comparison shots except we are not going to our usual gym so will have to do some shots in the posing room.

a solid 3 days of trenning :D

following thursday's bck session i hit hams and calfs on friday and delts and biceps yesterday, had a much needed rest today and caught up on some sleep, the only down side now is im having to stay up a bit later to get in my last meal.  progress pics this week were taken in different gym, after 3 days of masteron im already noticing im tightening up a bit more and holding a bit less water, arms starting to show good signs of vascularity, onwards!!

Rapz you are looking beast, I saw a guy yesterday at my gym he was 120kgs he looked massive so you at 136kgs is just huge, whats your goal weight?. You say at the start that you have only taken AAS over the last 8 months how much in the way of gains do you think that its made for you? How big was your natural peak before AAS, I am assuming you have always been quite big even before AAS. Anyway best of luck on your journey and I hope you do well in Chch in May,

i dont have a goal weight in mind, my goal is to be peeled to the bone come day of comp - my coach predicts somewhere between 114-117kg.  before i started hormones, my heaviest natural weight was about 120kg, however i was very bloated and a bit too fat.  at my leanest i was 103kgs picutred below, i didnt use any AAS but did use a bit of clen on and off, being natural its much easier to get a dryer look.  In terms of gains from AAS it has been HUGE! being an islander/maori ive been fairly large anyway, but the recompositioning effects of AAS is second to none, so to answer your question, based on my weights above and my final weight come show day it would be a good 11-14kg of mass gained in nearly a year.

feeling tired today, had a good sleep but still feel tired. i have good and bad days and this is a bad one lol had a pretty taxing leg workout lastnight and up for cardio this morning.  chest and triceps tonight , contemplating adding t3 to my protocol, but wont add in for another 4-5 weeks yet.

anyway feeling fxcking flat today, im starting to feel tired throughout the day most days.  even if i have a good sleep or sleep in i can tell im pretty low on energy.  started my 4th week yesterdat.  I have seen good changes in my physique in such a short time,  i havnt changed my diet in anyway, getting in just over 200g carbs a day.

Had the worst back workout yesterday that put me in a bad mood.  First my usual gym was closed because of public holiday, then my gym partner was fucking around before we left so pre workout had kicked in.  then my fxcking double loop straps broke on BB rows, i realised then how shit my grip was.  while all this went on all my gym partner did was moan and groan lol to make things worse my pre made protein shake i put in my bag came open and soaked my entire bag and everything that was in it.  By this time i was roid raging *dash1*  so finally finished the workout and drove home, only to realise i left my house keys at the gym! fuaarrrrrrrk!!!!!!  /rant

on a positive note, saw the new robocop movie, that was boss.  dont think the people next to me appreciated the smell of the scrambeled eggs i was scoffing down lol

righto , into week 4 now approaching 13 weeks out.  I trained hammies and calfs on my own on Friday so i didnt get a chance to get any decent progress pics taken, i did attempt my own selfies with a camera timer but it was an ultimate fail, i did manage to get one decent picture which il throw up, but more pics will have to wait until next week, visually im getting leaner and thats all that matters.

now there will be a slight change of plan in cycle.

im thinking i will drop the EQ, it just shuts down my sex drive.  instead i will start the tren ace @ 75mg ED a week early and lower my test,

so from this week it will look like this.

week 13-

250mg test prop

525mg tren ace

350mg masteron

As for training last night, my energy and motivation levels lacked a bit - not the best of workouts. delts, tris & bis

feeling pretty flat and tired again today - got an appointment to see my coach this week, maybe he will say "have a cheat meal" lmao *lol*  i rarely get any pumps in the gym , more deep aches.  hit quads lastnight, and i forgot my knee wraps so opted for a more high rep scheme, big mistake that was haha quads were full of lactic acid and the burn was insane!! all up over 500 reps for the workout, sheesh
