Hey I'm mike. just thought I would introduce myself.

I have been doing some form of weight training since high school. Used to do olympic weightlifting for a couple of years. I now am pretty much into bodybuilding training. I plan on trying out a comp next year.

My goal is basically to get huge and shredded

My best lifts are

Snatch 124kg

Clean and jerk 145kg

Squat 200kg

Deadlift 220kg

Bench 145kg

Looking forward to joining in on discussions about training, diets etc.
