Too much damn science in this topic will have to reread. Which I appreciate

So atrollappears what should bloods be if pinning 1.1ml twice a week.  Is done into the quads

 

If you've been pinning more than 3-4 weeks (twice per half-life) allowing almost maximal blood concentrations...

According to several internet sources 2000-2200ng/dl or about 70nmol/L....

GH-15 approved.....Lol

43.3nmol/L when converted comes to about 1250ng/dl..... According to a biochemist M8'.. 500mg of Test-e/week should come in at between 2000-2200ng/dl.....

So if you are on 250-300mg/week then nothing to worry about..!! 

So given that he is on 550mg/week it would be safe to say his gear is underdosed by almost half? Have I read this right..?

There may be other factors involved... 

I believe I am aware of the source and brand... I've have regular blood tests over the last 2 years that confirm everything is consistantly & correctly dosed... 

So I'm unsure, without speaking with the OP directly for more accurate information IE: injection protocol, area, times/week, in relation to time of BloodTest.. etc..!!

Maybe Riccardo would like to give an opinion...

Last 2 weeks kept calories at 3000-3500. Looks like a slow cut which is what was aiming for. Will start some new test next week. Test C made in Greece (can we name brands yet or not). Will get bloods done after 4 weeks (enough time to stabilise???).

You hardly look big enough to consider a cut... Why not carry on putting on more size?

Too many people look at a bit of thickness round their mid-rift and think they need to cut back on BF.. You can't gain size without an acceptable amount of BF coming with it... The greater the amount of lean body mass the harder the bodys metabolism will have to work to maintain it.. 

You can tweek the calories later, get the size first, and your metabolic processes will do the rest...

If its Greek or Pharma then of course you can mention the Lab....

Got something planned for valentines week lol. Also going on holiday in April. Want to come in with a low bodyfat.

Until know bloods are higher not too keen on bumping up calories.  I know need to keep eating I just hate looking like shit when no pump and shirt off.

Pics added from saturday 1 feb.

Trying to keep calories between 3-3.5k.

Switched to 5/3/1 routine - based on boring but big. Set maxes bit lower so can work into.

Going to try doing 4 consecutive days mon-thurs, with saturday extra squats/bench maybe arms. As get heavier may drop saturday and have wed as rest day.

 

Last week was 5 rep week

Mon - bench hit more than 5 on all 3 worksets

 60*10, 70*10, 77.5*10

Then dropped weight to 60 for 5 sets - 10/10/9/8/8

Bent over rows. 60kg 5 sets of 10 reps

Tues Legs

Squats 65*5,80*5,90*11

Dropped weight to 60 for 5 sets. 10 reps on each

Leg extensions

35kg(?) 5 sets of 10 reps

Deadlifts 125*5,125*5,145*9

 Widegri p pull ups few se ts/ lat pull downs few sets

Week 2 of 5/3/1 - 3 reps

Have attached logs and some photos from today.

Keeping calories around 3-3500 on days at work (store job can be physical) and working out. Think leaning out slightly which aiming for.

Cheat meal friday night 24 bucks at Mcdonalds. Burger/fries/nuggets and a wrap. Was suprised more calories in the wrap than the burgers. So much for consumers making a healthy choice lol.

5/3/1 week this week. All sets done easily.

Saturday some extra bench and squats done.

Body fat coming down slightly no loss of strength which is good. Cheat day to day got a craving for chocolate muffins - going to smash a few back.

Next week is suppose to be deload dont think will do. Body feeling okay

Birthday this week easy mid 30s now. Amazing how with knowledge on diet can look better now than ever did in my youth.

Lots chocolate cake eaten for cheat meals(day). Chocolate cake blended in choc milk with oats yummy as pre-bed meal.

Pb on deadlifts wednesday and squats on sat.

Calories keeping at just under 3k mon-fri, seem to be leaning out still scales same weight. 4 weeks till holiday :)

Another week down, was 5/3/1 week. Still easy getting last set which is good. Think will deload next week havent deloaded for a while now. Give body chance to recover.

Weight down slightly, 2 weeks till holiday :) strength still pretty good. Dont think lost much if any.

Had a couple of days thinking way too much about food lol. Will have a cheat meal this weekend

Ha ha yeah was thinking maybe thread was hidden - thanks for posting. Was thinking around 10% callipers are brought cheap of ebay and not 100% sure on how to use. I normally just do 1 reading close to belly button to gain fat loss/gain. Just a shame when no pump look flat and ordinary

 

Yeah still on same cycle running (allegedly) Test E at 500 per week. Havent had bloods on current vials using assuming as strength gains holding/increasing close to legit.

 

Off to Thailand in 10 days not sure what I can get OTC to run for 10 days over there. Not sure if want to try Tren A in another country. Any one got any ideas *unknw*

Looking good man. How long you been below maintance? How long you in Thailand for?

Started cutting in Feb, last 2 weeks dropped 100 calories off. Aiming for just under 2800. Have also cut back on protein its not needed in excess 

Works out abit cheaper on chicken too lol halved amount eaten almost. (Still have 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, can tuna 185gm, 350ml choc milk, protein shake after workout(yeah I know dont need protein shake either)
