Theres so many fat burners out there, What should I look out for on a fat burner, any specific ingredients ?

I count my macros and tracking weight etc but just want to give fat burners a try and see if it helps me

I've tried a few Fat Burners before like Stacker 2 and Xantrex 3, but all they ever did is give me a lot of energy. I'm on Hydroxycut Hardcore currently and without any change to my exercise or eating regimen, I've lost 3kg, but it's taken at least 2 months. It's best described as amplifying your fat burn, not just burning fat while you sit on your butt.

I've got a pretty high caffeine tolerance, but this stuff does make my heart beat fast. It also does give you plenty of energy. I'd say give it a shot, but drink a lot of water and don't drink alcohol as it's tough on your liver.

The Good: It works, gives you energy, easy to take.

The Bad: Fast heart-beats, hard on the liver, hard on the wallet.

I'm not good with caffeine so I like Green Tea extract you can get it real cheap from bbing.com - makes you sweat like fark, really noticable difference, and no crash after. Definitely add some to your fat burn stack lol if you go with a high caffeine product.

Hmm I might give green tea extract a try! Thanks for that havn't tried isomg green tea extract before. Ill report back how it goes once I try it

Yeah - Another one I was okay with was a horleys one which had caffeine but it was quite a low amount compared to most on the market.

Depends how much stim you can handle! I'd rather have the green tea then just drink a coffee (which is probably enough for me).

But I'm really rubbish for example I used phenorex (wich was good) but I couldnt sleep at night even if i took it in the morning (haha).

And like atomic says - you have to use it alongside/before cardio it wont make much difference if you're just taking it and not putting the work in.

Heard great things about detonate from a few of my friends have been taking it, they usually take 1 pill for a few weeks and then start using 2x a day.

Apparently its banned/getting banned so i'd buy a few of them now while you can lol

P.S - The drug that Jesse Ryder got snapped for haha!

I think what he was found positive for isn't found in Detonate, and he claimed that Detonate was all he was using.

But yeah it sounds like Det is leaving.

ETHamphetamine has been found it the original batches of detonate, which seems to be what athletes outside of the USA keep testing postive for after using detonate (and DS craze). The fda had a spaz about Detonate a few months ago so BB.com had it tested and the new batches no longer seems to contain stimulant "X" - maybe gaspari decided they better remove whatever it was they were spiking it with. Considering Gaspari seems to have had the majority of their most popular products removed from the market due to mislabeling or "spiking" it won't seem too unusual that detonate will go the same way.

Drug Free Sport New Zealand v Jesse Ryder

20 AUGUST, 2013

ST 02/13 Decision 19 August 2013; Provisional Suspension Decision 19 April 2013

Overview:

Anti-doping - professional cricketer tested positive for 1-Phenylbutan-2-amine (PBA) and N, alpha-diethyl-benzeneethanamine (DEBEA) - admitted violation and stated he had been using a dietary supplement in order to lose weight and had taken two capsules five days before being tested - supplement didn’t list any prohibited substances on its label - after testing positive, athlete engaged a forensic analyst to test the product - her analysis confirmed the presence of prohibited substances in the product and the analytical findings were consistent with athlete’s evidence of when he took the capsules - Tribunal satisfied that the source positive test was supplement - Tribunal accepted the evidence that athlete took supplement in order to lose weight - Tribunal satisfied that his taking of the two capsules five days before the cricket game was without any intent at all to enhance his sports performance in the game - athlete took supplement on advice of a friend who had success losing weight using it - he made some enquiries on his own about the product, including internet searches and asking the strength and conditioning specialist he worked with about it, who also did some searches - athlete  concluded it didn’t contain any prohibited substances and got his manager to order it - when he received the product he noticed it contained a warning on its label stating it may contain ingredients banned by certain organisations - he made internet searches on two of the ingredients but didn’t contact Drug Free Sport to check about the product even though the product contained a warning - as a professional cricketer he had been subject to anti-doping education and received information about the need to be cautious about taking supplements - the failure to contact Drug Free Sport, having seen the warning on the label, is the most substantial factor of fault on the part of athlete - case similar to earlier case of Brightwater-Wharf  where 6 months suspension imposed - neither athlete intended to enhance their sports performance - both had international experience, both had received drug education, both took supplements which were not for the purpose of enhancing sports performance, both supplements did not list the banned ingredients and both made enquiries which were reasonable to make but which fell short of the expected standard of making an enquiry to Drug Free Sport - 6 months’ suspension imposed to apply from date of provisional suspension of 19 April 2013 - athlete suspended until 19 October 2013.
