Dinahlady
I thought it was 2kgs but looked back and it was actually 84kg start weight (i think it was 83.8kg) - so 3.8 - 4kg! So you must have put on a lot of muscle mass? Cause composition looks like it has changed a lot!I'm not sure - I feel like I'm holding more muscle than I ever have before but not sure. Training much heavier than 10 weeks ago now. 4kgs of fat is alot though if you put it in a pile infront of you (groce) lol. And because I didn't drop carbs there probably wasn't much water/glyc loss (maybe even water/glyc gains from training heavier?)
Leeroid
Sick transfo Dinah, looks a hell of a lot more than 4kgs you dropped. Another fantastic recomposition.
travtown
my end pics. started around 79. down to 70~.all done by myself, no trainer, no nutritionist, just worked out what works for me and stuck to it. I did try to change it up around half way through and it didnt work so i hindered myself a little but im stoked with what i have achieved Trav. anmph
Okay so I did not get to the goal I had in mind, my excuse is due to other commitments like study. I can't say I have even trained as much as I would have liked to, but oh well. Now to the positives I am glad that I have made some improvements, and I look to shred further throughout December

Pseudonym
Look at all you people putting up your entries at the last minute! Some very impressive physiques and transformations here. Well done, everyone! And that's it for 2013. Entries for the Gymnation Summer Challenge have closed. All that remains for the Bodybuilding and Aesthetics categories choosing the winners... I'll get a poll up as soon as I can so you can start the judging.
