FellowshipOfTheRon Posted September 9, 2013 Report Share Posted September 9, 2013 the 20m beep test is a pretty standard one. im sure there are others around as well from crossfit side of things which involve all the basic fitness stuff like pushups, sprint etc. for time forgot what its called though.
