Banana rolled oat muffians

1 cup of flour

half cup of sugar

2 and half tsp of baking powder

half tsp of salt

1/4 tsp soda

3/4 uncooked oats

one egg

3 table spoons of peanut oil

half cup of milk

half mashed banana

Sift together flour,sugar,baking powder,salt and soada in bowl.Stir in oats add in the remaing ingredents stir in only until dry ingredents are mosistened.Fill muffin cups are 2/3 full bake on 180 for 15 minutes and makes 12.

Not to sure what the macros are but it is low carb plus it taste very nice

I forgot to mention ideal for when one is bulking or in off season mode when coming off a show when one dosen't have to worry about macros
