Gym rat Posted August 24, 2013 Report Share Posted August 24, 2013 1 cup of flourhalf cup of sugar2 and half tsp of baking powderhalf tsp of salt1/4 tsp soda3/4 uncooked oatsone egg3 table spoons of peanut oilhalf cup of milkhalf mashed bananaSift together flour,sugar,baking powder,salt and soada in bowl.Stir in oats add in the remaing ingredents stir in only until dry ingredents are mosistened.Fill muffin cups are 2/3 full bake on 180 for 15 minutes and makes 12.Not to sure what the macros are but it is low carb plus it taste very nice Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
