Going for a cycle

Starting up a bulking cycle shortly and thought I would start a log to keep track of things. It's my first cycle after the year off I had from weight training, third cycle in total. Went from 89kg down to 72kg during the period where I wasn't in the gym. The first attached picture is from March 2013 showing me at around the 73kg mark. The second attached pictures were taken at the end of July 2013 after around four months progress and weighing 77kg.

Current Stats (05/08/13):

  • Age: 22
  • Height: 179cm
  • Weight: 77.2kg

Cycle:
  • Week 1 - 5: Dianabol @ 40mg/day
  • Week 1 - 16: Boldenone @ 800mg/week
  • Week 1 - 18: Testosterone Enanthate @ 500mg/week
  • Week 16 - 20: Anavar @ 40mg/day
 
Ancilliaries:
  • Week 4 - 19: Arimidex @ 0.25mg/EOD
  • Week 20: Arimidex @ 0.125mg/EOD
  • Week 4 - 19: hCG @ 400iu/week
 
PCT:
  • Week 21: Clomid @ 100mg/day
  • Week 22 - 25: Clmoid @ 50mg/day
  • Week 21 - 25: Nolvadex @ 20mg/day

personally I would simplify things a little:

1-20 TestE 500mg EW

1-20 Boldenone 600mg EW

1-5 DBol 30mgED

1-20 Adex dosed as required (start very low)

Then the PCT as stated (or just cruise*diablo*)

I wouldn't bother with anavar as the  "bang for buck" isn't great. Maybe just throw in Stanz at 50mg for the last few weeks. Forget HCG (see Daz's comments in the other thread, not sure which one). I'd say the two cycles will give amost the same result  but mine will leave your pocket in better health. Also I would consider running Deca over bold as it works much better as a bulk at even at lower dosages (300mgEW) for me Bold really dosn't start shinning till around 700mg EW, plus bitches love the bloat.

Looks like a great cycle, and well thought out. Nice to see all the AIs and PCT.  Iam abit of a fan of EQ and I.d say the difference of an extra 100mgs is worth using. 600mgs works but it seems to be one of those drugs that comes into its own over 700mgs-1600mgs. Dn.t know much about Anavar, its not that popular due to it not being that great. Me personally I.d cruise on Nolva or ArimIdex also, bitch tits suck.

I don't really see the point of chucking in a "cutting" drug at the end. If this is going to be a bulking cycle, you'll probably be at least 15% by the time you include your winny or var. Isn't the point of winny or var to harden the physique up while already ripped? I thought you wouldn't see much results as whatever hardening effects there may be will be covered by a thick layer of fat?

yea i would stick with the wetter compounds for your bulk bro, embrace the bloat *yahoo*

unless you know your getting legit var i wouldnt bother with it, money is better spent on other stuff like more EQ, cos at that dose the gains will be fairl slow, and i notice with EQ you wont really notice a huge amount if your not lean already.  700-1g is nice.

Deca would be a nice addition if money isnt a problem and you can handle 19-nors ok.

I don't mind the complexity, everything is set out the way it is for a reason. The Boldenone will still be active for 3-4weeks after the last shot due to the long undecylenate ester so that's why I'm stopping it earlier than the Test E.

Yeh I did consider it. Decided on the Boldenone for a couple of reasons. This is more of a long clean(ish) bulk so Boldenone's ability to increase appetite will help me get more good food in. I prefer not to bloat and then drop it at the end of the cycle (I also have some decent stretch marks which would get worse). If this was a short dirty bulk I would have went for Deca over Boldenone. Plus Rapz just reminded me I want to stay away from 19-nors until I get a few more cycles under my belt.

Forget HCG (see Daz's comments in the other thread, not sure which one).

I have seen the post and I still think the hCG is a good idea. Yes if it is used for long periods of time and as the dose increases it is more likely you will desensitise or damage leydig cells. Iam abit of a fan of EQ and I.d say the difference of an extra 100mgs is worth using. 600mgs works but it seems to be one of those drugs that comes into its own over 700mgs-1600mgs.

From the research I did it looked like 600mg was ok but I will follow your advice and I'm going to bump it up to 800mg.

Adding an oral at the end of a cycle seems to be quite common with anavar being a popular choice. I'm using it as a bridge between the PCT (due to the short active life it can be used right up to the PCT). I'm also using it for a bit of a boost and to tidy up some of the bulk at the end.

bulking should never be dirty, yes a bit more flexible in terms of what we eat, otherwise your just asking to get fat,

also on a side note, EQ doesnt always increase hunger, some people it does and for others it dont.

Badly worded, just meant I want a quality lean bulk over maximum size.

Ignoring this, why are you so unwilling to use tren or deca? as far as i am aware doing more cycles first wont make you less succeptable to the possible side effects

When are you starting? Would you mind listing not just the pros but maybe some of the negs like bloat ect, Iam interested to see when it kicks in, plus your strenght gains also.

First cycle was 12 weeks Test E @ 500mg/week and first 5 weeks Dbol @ 30mg ED.

Second cycle was the same but I was going to run it a bit longer (ended up cutting it short).

So basically I'm adding in the Boldenone this time and I will be able to see how I react to the single new compound all the way up until I add the Anavar. Then at the end I can see the effects of the Anavar (if it's legit). 

I'm not unwilling to use Tren or Deca as such. Just personal preference that I don't want to use them right now, I prefer to worry about progesterone gyno at a later date (maybe next cycle *biggrin* ).

The attached pics were when I was around 85kg, last pic was a bit lighter but gives you an idea of legs.

First time training legs in a long time that's why the weights are so light (right foot was a bit fucked from MMA training and I have been resting it, still not %100 but it seemed to handle it fine). Hammys were really tight when I started the squats but they loosened up a bit during the session.
