Tropical goodness in more ways than you think

Guys this is by far my favourite protein shake. Youhave to give it a nudge. Let me know what you all think!

1 Cup unsweetended vanill almond milk

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 Teaspoon shredded coconut or cocnut milk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 scoop unflavoured or vanilla protein powder

Mix in blender for 30 seconds.
