jimmybro1
When I was deep into prep last year was going crazy with all kinds of food recipe disasters, countless numbers of burt, dry, rubbery protein pan cakes where attempted. Did come across and decent mircowave cake recipe though. Ingredients:- 30g Peanut Butter (Smooth best get natural if you can less soduim, sugar etc)- 80g Oat Bran- 1 banana - 1 Scoop Chocolate whey- 2 Egg whites- Tsp of choco - 80g Yogurt (Lite/No added sugar something berry flavor that will complient the flavor).Method:Mix the whey into the egg whites in a deep bowl will take a while. Then mash the banana into the mixture might be easier to heat the banana before mashing it. Then mix the Oat Bran, Choco, Yogurt and Peanut butter into the mixture. The yogurt gives the cake a bit of moisture, rather than dry rubbery mesh. Next mircowave until firm usually around 2 minutes. Can add sugar free jam to as a coating on the cake if you like or some real jam if your macros allow. If you want more fats can use whole eggs rather than just whites or if you want less carbohydrates you could remove the Oat Bran (will be less firm) easy to customise. Will add macros soon...
